Health Plan

Chose from three different affordable health plans. Most plans offer preventative office visits, an excellent prescription drug plan and a choice of two different high-deductible plans. Employees pay a minimal amount for this coverage. You may also purchase coverage for your family at your own expense.

Dental and Vision Plan

Our health plan also provides beneficial dental coverage for our employees, including orthodontic, and preventative services. The bank's health plan also offers an affordable vision plan. You may purchase this coverage at very affordable costs.

Life Insurance

FNB offers basic term life insurance for our benefit eligible employees in the amount of $25,000. You, as an employee of FNB are eligible to purchase more reasonably priced term life insurance for yourself and/or your family members, including accidental death and dismemberment and short term disability.

401K Plans

We are committed to you as a part of our family. Our bank offers you a chance to save for your future. With our 401K plan, you may contribute a portion of your payroll into our deferred compensation plan. Our plan also contributes a portion annually to your plan.

Employee Assistance Program

This plan provides counseling for work, personal or family concerns.

Personal Time Off

We understand that all employees need time away from work. Depending on your length of service, we have a personal time off plan just for you. This time begins accruing after your 60-day orientation period. The bank also offers leave for FMLA, jury duty and court appearances. And let's don't forget those paid bank holidays for full-time eligible employees!

125 / Cafeteria Plan

The bank offers you the flexibility to be able to set aside money before tax to pay for certain allowable expenses. This allows your take-home pay to be more! These include dependent care expenses, medical/dental expenses and premium expenses.

Additional Benefits

In order for you to receive your pay as fast as you can, we will direct deposit your pay into your checking account. The bank also offers its employees a free checking account. You may also choose to give back to our community by contributing to United Way directly through your payroll.
