First National Bank offers many services and problem resolutions through our Customer Service Department. Many times services can be handled over the telephone at 817-573-2655 Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or by e-mail at .

You may need to visit with a Customer Service Representative in person, this may be done during our regular lobby hours at our Main Bank location Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
